About the role

We're in search of a dynamic People & Culture Coordinator with recruitment experience to join our seasoned and supportive team. In this position, you'll play a pivotal role within our P&C team, embracing a versatile role that offers a fantastic opportunity to gain diverse experience across the entire employee journey. From end-to-end recruitment support to managing people processes, employee benefits, and induction activities, you'll also have the chance to contribute to broader HR projects as they arise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and completing the recruitment process, from approval to job ad creation and phone screening.
  • Preparation of employment contracts and initiating the onboarding process.
  • Providing guidance on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with contemporary HR practices and local regulations.
  • Conducting exit interviews and delivering valuable insights to enhance business operations.
  • Assisting the P&C Manager with annual and cyclical people processes, including remuneration, performance, and talent reviews.
  • Involvement in P&C brainstorming and development of people strategies.
  • As familiarity with the organisation increases, involvement in addressing minor performance concerns will grow.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Be driven and proactive
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Experience in recruitment & onboarding
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and basic HR functions
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
