Job Description
About the role
We are currently accepting applications for the position of Chemist/Analyst in the Inorganics section within our modern NATA-accredited laboratory for an immediate start. This is a full-time role with working hours from 12 pm to 8 pm where you will have the responsibility to analyse samples received.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparation and analysis of samples received
Process data and reports into LIMS system
Adhere to all quality control requirements
All documentation is completed accurately
Ongoing housekeeping to keep a clean workspace
Routine instrument and stock maintenance

About you
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor of Science (Chemistry major)
Availability Mon-Fri (Afternoon shift 12 pm to 8 pm)
Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience
Have exceptional attention to detail
Be an excellent communicator (verbal & written)
Have the ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure
